Various sounds, ear-breaking noise surrounds
Enough to let know a new year was welcome
Some get hurt and some meet the end of life.
And whatever you cannot stop the knock
Whole heart and hands accept with delight
Let the new day open, close the past life
And make the most of thing for a new start.
Make it the best of the years that passed
Think of the past, if it’s well pick it up
Throw what was bad and let them pass
Forget what had happened, it was past.
Reminisce memories and be the judge
Of what have been through in that life
So that the present will be the best part
